CareerPlug offers two health insurance plans where we pay 100% of Employee Individual Premiums and 50% of Dependent Premiums. We also contribute to Health Savings Accounts -no employee match required!

401(K)

401(K) Matching

CareerPlug's 401(K) retirement plan matches 100% up to 3% of compensation, then 50% of the next 2% of compensation. All employer match contributions are immediately vested.

Performance Bonus

We have bonus potential in every full-time employee's compensation plan, giving employees a chance to shine on their own merit, as well as attain (and over-attain!) together as we reach company goals.

Child Care & Parental Leave Benefits

Remote Work Program

The majority of CareerPlug employees work remotely at least once per week, usually as a team designated work from home day.

Family Medical Leave

CareerPlug offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Unlimited Vacation Policy

CareerPlug's Unlimited PTO policy allows employees to take as many days off as they need, providing they comply with a 2-week notice policy and get manager approval.

Casual Dress

We don't have a dress code beside using your best judgment (i.e. be respectful and non-offensive). T-shirts, shorts, yoga pants, flip flops are A-OK.

CareerPlug has quarterly paid team outings, as well as all company team events and parties a few times a year: including our holiday part and our company birthday party, "The Pluggies".
