Quality Assurance and Test related activities on the project including test automation, test planning, manual testing and test case documentation. Work with Functional Smoke, Regression, Ad-hoc and Exploratory testing during SDLC as well as Release Planning and Validation. Create, extend, maintain and refactor existing test automation framework and infrastructure. Work with the Engineering team to expand the scope of the automation framework to cover areas such as load, stress, performance, and security testing. Track, report, triage and analyze the root cause of defects to ensure that issues are resolved promptly, and necessary steps are being taken to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
