Generous Parental Leave
We provide up to 8 weeks of parental leave for Mom (and an optional 6 weeks additional at 60% pay). We provide up to 3 weeks of paternal leave for Dad. We also offer up to 3 weeks for adoption.
Flexible Work Schedule
Our main office hours are 9am to 6pm, but we are flexible in either direction. We also offer Work from Home Wednesdays every week (except when there's a holiday scheduled).
