Work alongside digital marketing managers to develop and execute data driven CRM strategies that maximize consumer engagement, loyalty, acquisition, retention and personalization.
Drive the implementation, strategy, and team development for our email marketing program. Build templates for campaigns and team use. Map out, create, and implement continuous email workflows like cart abandonment, welcome series, order confirmation, and shipping notifications. Run email marking campaigns end-to-end, manage email databases, and create newsletters.
Help to hire and develop the email marketing and retention team as Spreetail.com revenue ramps. Work across the Social, Creative, Merchandising and Campaign teams to build campaigns that inform customers about new products, campaign content and blogs that pertain to them, and share any events or promotions.
Run multivariant tests to maximize effectiveness of campaigns and performance indicators including open rates, click through rates, and revenue. Factor device friendliness and readability into templates. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvement based on findings in data.
Use customer and website analytics to build creative, personalized, and effective workflows to drive customers back to the website to ultimately drive sales and brand loyalty. Build a relationship with customers to ensure they stay in touch with the Spreetail brand.
