Account Director at R/GA

Our Client Services team serves as the first line of contact with our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. We set the bar high at R/GA. We don’t just strive to solve our client’s problems; we challenge ourselves to transform their entire category.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Director at R/GA:

On any given day you might

  • Independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of the client with internal goals and teams
  • Identify goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets for a given project
  • Negotiate statements of work and retainers
  • Manage overall account P&L
  • Collaborate with New Business to actively pursue new clients and revenue sources

The ideal person

  • Loves to negotiate
  • Enjoys speaking in public and has experience to back it up
  • Has a thorough knowledge of web development technologies and the QA process
  • Is a natural leader who can foster strong teams of more than 30 people
  • Constantly exceeds client expectations by knowing what they need before they ask
  • Is not intimidated by the idea of working with Fortune 500 clients
  • Can show how they’ve managed and grown multi-million dollar accounts successfully

You bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in developing interactive projects, and managing large creative teams and clients
