Lead design to excellence in practice, production and execution with attention to corporate and functional strategies as well as design vision. Maintaining a “fail fast” approach to design that also upholds a high standard of quality.
Ensure functional teams are constantly aligned to customer needs through proactive and preemptive engagement, UX research, testing and solution validation.
Build design culture that encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization.
Managerial Leadership

Organize teams that can provide design solutions effectively and with excellence across all departments.
Respect business requirements in conjunction with design goals.
Identify improvement opportunities within the scope of design and other teams functioning holistically.
Communicate value of design thinking and a customer-first approach to strategy across all areas of the business.
Establish metrics and measurable goals to ensure a visibility into design’s impact to business.
Partner closely with leaders in engineering, product, sales, marketing and others to constantly improve on communication and efficiency practices.
