Elevate Sales Manager

As the Elevate Sales Manager you will help ignite and scale the Elevate Sales team by managing and inspiring the team in their day to day execution. The Sales manager will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, deal making, closing and account care management. This individual will help drive a high velocity while developing the future talent of the business.

WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THIS JOB

In this sales management role, your insights and experience will be key to driving the performance of our Elevate Sales Team. You will mentor and coach team members, rapidly accelerating the growth, and achieving monthly quotas.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Take operational leadership over the Elevate Sales Team
  • Drive strategic deal strategy and execution
  • Build talent pipeline, coach, manage and grow a team of rock star Account Managers
  • Evaluate current processes and find opportunities to improve
  • Contribute to the strategy and vision for the Elevate team * Create an amazing team culture
  • Lead a winning team that overachieves sales and management objectives
  • Develop a plan for the next phase of growth for the business unit with right economics for financial success
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, and teams across the organization

YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION

  • Minimum 2-3 + years proven track record successfully scaling and managing a team of 7-10 Sales Professionals in a hyper growth, technology environment
  • Proven, documented success achieving team quotas and objectives
  • Strong solution based sales experience with proven success in closing revenue * Keen understanding of the WordPress community and space combined with strong business and sales acumen
  • Ability to utilize SalesForce to create and run SalesForce reports
  • A deep desire to develop people and grow their careers in a positive and accountable work environment
  • Passion for client service and satisfaction
  • Previous experience utilizing a proven sales methodology
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and positive. Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and yet humble * An amazing human being who inspires those around them
