About The Role
We are looking for a huge asset in adding an experienced technical recruiter to our team who can help with our growing scale of hiring needs. You will be working closely with our Head of Talent and an array of tools to assist in the continued success of Juniper Square.
- Create unique sourcing strategies to reach the top candidates in the product space
- Work with hiring managers and in a collaborative team environment
- Researching and understanding the market to define target searches
- Contributing to the recruiting process
- Working around amazing people ;)
- 3+ years of sourcing for technical roles
- Experience using tools for sourcing like LinkedIn, AngelList, GitHub, etc.
- You can work well with technical teams
- Amazing ability to close candidates
- You bring a great personality and find yourself with so many awesome ideas
- Able to provide an A+ candidate experience
