Sourcing Talent Coordinator

In this dual role, the Sourcing Talent Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Austin recruiting team through all stages of the recruitment and selection lifecycle to include working with managers to support their hiring needs, source active and passive candidates and pre-screen candidates.  Additional responsibilities include interview scheduling, onsite candidate engagement and new hire on-boarding support. The goal for the Sourcing Talent Coordinator is to develop a first class candidate experience during the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle of each new team member.

As a Talent Sourcer you will:

  • Identify and target qualified passive candidate profiles using various sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Work closely with recruiters to source, conduct initial screening and submit viable passive candidates to given pipelines.
  • Organize and instruct 1:1 training with internal team members to identify leads from their network.
  • Promote HotSchedules employer brand online and offline.
  • Assist with the management of Branding events, Open Houses and Job Fairs.

As a Talent Coordinator you will:

  • Manage the recruiting process from talent engagement to hire.
  • Organize interviews, book interview rooms, make travel arrangements and schedule interviews in the relevant calendars.
  • Submit background checks for processing.
  • Generate Offer Letters
  • Administer recruiting data, create and maintain recruitment activity reports, managing the applicant tracking system and HRIS software.
  • Ensure the required collection of documents for the creation of compliant HR files.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned such as scheduling travel for candidates and tracking referral bonus eligibility.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Human Resource degree a plus)
  • 1 + years experience in recruiting administration
  • Previous familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred (we use Jobvite)
  • Strong MS Office and Google Suite

Write some code for a new feature, bug fix, or dev/test tool. Attend a daily stand-up meeting. Sometimes attend a meeting or two. Review code pull requests. Answer questions and help somebody else out with a problem. Oh, and I open a lot of doors on the way to my desk in the morning!
