Legal Analyst Intern

Overview of the role:

An exciting opportunity for the right person to gain an understanding of software contracts, negotiations, and in-house corporate legal matters.  This role will provide experience in drafting new sale and renewal contracts, understanding contract and documentation issues, and collaborating to maintain and resolve issues with accuracy of customer records.

 

What you'll do: 

    • Creation of contract database identifying key legal terms.
    • Assisting counsel with the initial review of order forms and vendor agreements.
    • Contract analysis to aid with customer renewals and accurate invoicing.
    • Populating records of customer assets.
    • Conducting legal research to address contract and compliance matters

    What you'll need to be successful:

    • Ability to solve problems via research and investigation.
    • Ability to apply independent critical thinking but also able to follow instructions and take direction.
