Insider's spotlight

What’s the vibe like in the office?

An atmosphere of comfort and hard working peers create a warm and fun environment to come to everyday; it doesn't feel like work! Our peers and leadership provide constant recognition and support through shout outs, contests, and peer-to-peer awards. We work as one team for our customer.

Carley

Customer Service Representative

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

One of the best parts about my job is the opportunity to work with multiple groups across the organization. As the technical voice for YETI, engineering is presenting technologies to leadership, walking through product design with marketing, or fielding questions from our customer service team. There's never a dull day as a YETI Engineer!

Ed

Manager of Design Engineering

How does the company support your career growth?

My managers have been supportive of my career by guiding me towards a path that compliments my skills and strengths. They've offered me a variety of resources and introduced me to the decision makers to show their support for my development. After 3 years with Customer Service team, I've recently joined the Innovation team to pursue my passion.

Michelle

Associate Program Manager

We have reoccurring one-on-ones for discussing ongoing projects or working on personal development. I have an open door policy (or would if I had a door) where anyone can stop by at any time to talk or just catch up. We have a lot of things going on but making sure I am available to my group to help out where I can is an important part of my job.

Craig

Director of Logistics

As the Core Products Planner for Soft Goods, my days involve collaboration throughout the organization and with our valued International Suppliers. During this process, I create proposals to solve any issues that may arise until YETI inventory reaches our hub for fulfillment. This ensures we provide quality delivery to our customers.

Julie
