Dropoff is looking for a Marketing Operations Strategist to help take our company to the next level. You’ll work out of Dropoff’s Austin headquarters, report to the Head of Marketing and be an integral part of our lean marketing team.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee technical aspects of Dropoff's Hubspot CRM & Marketing engine, used to generate, distribute, and report on leads

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes & tracking that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Monitor and maintain data quality in Hubspot

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and identify areas for optimization

  • Be the in-house “go-to” on marketing technology tools, evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve marketing effectiveness

  • Work closely with sales to ensure smooth “SMarketing” processes & reporting

  • Define & streamline account-based marketing processes and technology

  • Collaborate on idea generation and execution with rest of marketing team

  • Manage outbound lead list building & sales distribution

  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & CEO



  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)

  • 1-2 years of work experience (with preferred experience in a B2B sales and marketing environment on marketing automation platforms; Hubspot experience a plus)

  • Self-motivated with a bias towards taking action and problem-solving

  • Organization and attention to detail a must

  • Ability to multi-task projects, set expectations and meet deadlines consistently

  • Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze the results to determine key findings

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally to determine how marketing can help solve challenges across the organization

  • A strong “can-do” attitude and work ethic

  • Excellent verbal and written skills; editing skills a plus
