Job Description

As a Social Solutions Consultant, you will be an expert and customer advocate who will develop, lead, and execute implementation and ongoing consulting projects on the Lithium Social Media Management (SMM) platform for Social Response and Social Publishing.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects—first by understanding our customers’ specific use cases and business goals, and then by guiding them through an optimized deployment of the platform to help meet those goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining requirements and success criteria for implementations (including trials) of the SMM platform
  • Lead the customer through an optimized configuration of SMM, ensuring expectations around platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
  • Provide expertise and consulting to customers based on industry best practices in social response and social publishing
  • Support our Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure an optimal customer experience, as it relates to platform performance, functionality, configuration, and enhancements
  • Maintain a repository of industry best practices for social response, social publishing, and social analytics

Skills & Requirements

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in social media management solutions
    • Deep understanding of social network characteristics, both from business experience and as a personal practitioner
    • Solid familiarity with current social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Spredfast, and Hootsuite, including their workflow for social response, social publishing, and social analytics
  • Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, and/or enterprise software deployment management
  • In-depth experience in the day-to-day operation of social media initiatives, including administration, measurement, moderation and interaction with users
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based implementation best practices
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration experience a plus (CRM integration, API service integration, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in results-driven consulting, including analyzing analytical data and reporting on key metrics
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Awareness of personal limits. Not afraid of asking for other people's expertise, while retaining ownership of the problem at hand. Continuous learning.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
