The GLOBAL ACCOUNTS team at UiPath consists of a strategic group of the largest companies in America segmented into regional territories. Each regional team is built with only the most experienced and talented software sales executives, people who are accustomed to consistently winning with large companies. They work everyday with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and Continuous Improvement Teams to deliver value and create a better working environment. The Global Account Manager (GAM) is the conductor for two to six global accounts. As the conductor of the symphony unifies performers, sets the tempo, executes clear preparations and beats, they also listen critically and shape the sound of the ensemble. In the world of global sales, this is the Global Account Manager. Hello, Maestro.
The GAM partners closely with the client as the trusted subject matter expert at executive levels around the globe, and simultaneously partners with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in local markets to ensure proper alignment and execution of the strategy. Through extensive dialogue and deep dive analysis, the GAM shapes and implements the solution strategy that is unique to the client. Armed with a global revenue goal to accomplish annually, the GAM will cultivate the pipeline for both new opportunity and existing UiPath customers.
The end result is a beautiful masterpiece of yet another portion of the workforce being liberated from tedium. Well done, Maestro.
Key attributes we’re looking for in a successful Global Account Manager:
- 10+ years Successful Enterprise Software sales experience
- 2+ years Global/Strategic Accounts experience
- Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution
- Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing a global portfolio
- High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence, navigating cultural differences and regulatory requirements
- Strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
- Research and data driven approach to account planning
- Combination of Enterprise and Start Up Experience preferred
- Alignment with core values of UiPath
- BS/BA degree
