What you’ll do:
- Communicate benefits and sell LegalZoom services to existing clients on inbound basis but making outbound calls as business needs are required.
- Focus on both qualitative and quantitative part of the sales process
- Engage in new product releases and services to help educate LegalZoom customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota-based company performance metrics.
- Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment.
- Proficient with customers both on the phone, chat and email.
- Previous experience in corporate phone sales with 2-3 years of experience preferred, but not required.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
