This position is a critical component of the Partner Program. In this role, you will work with Agencies and Service providers to help them discover on and standardize their business around the WP Engine Platform.

Your Day To Day

The Partner Experience Specialist will work closely with partners, enabling them to join differentiation programs with direct responsibility for application processing. This role will lead onboarding partners, providing them with guidance on program best practices, interpreting and explaining both business and technical requirements, and eliminating bottlenecks by troubleshooting issues to overcome obstacles that arise.

This role will also identify sales opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience, drive process improvement projects, and create and deliver training content to set internal and external teams up for self-service success.

The Partner Experience Specialist develops and wins relationships with potential channel partners.

  • Process partner applications with a best-in-class Partner Experience
  • Own driving process improvements for onboarding new and prospective Partners
  • Bolster Onboarding efficiencies by identifying ways to improve the Partner Program experience - via automation, simplification or other types of scaling mechanisms
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve our capabilities through training, development and program improvements to internal and external stakeholders
  • Capture, organize, and report back partner feedback to help improve the partner onboarding experience
  • Outbound sourcing of new Channel account opportunities and dedicatedly identify, champion and close new partners;
  • Demonstrating the Partner Program as well as the partner portal to perspective partners through demos and/or discovery calls;
  • Coordination of the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner objectives;
  • Ensuring partner understanding and compliance with partner agreements, requirements, and incentives
  • Driving adoption of company programs and identifying potential APP Certified Partners
  • Lead partner learning and onboarding including; solution demos, system setup and other activity
  • Provide engagement support to partners and internal colleagues to execute annual objectives
  • Drive usage of Partner Relationship Management tool

  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, remote groups, and all levels of employees
  • Experience leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts Technical business development experience and knowledge
  • You are drawn toward working with clients and have an aptitude to build strong relationships
