Provide overall leadership for our Austin Office.
You will build our engineering identity, culture and team in Austin through recruiting and engagement in the local software community (conferences, meetups, etc).
You will lead our engineering team (frontend & application backend) in Austin and help the members of your team grow both technically and professionally.
Lead, inspire, and influence to make sure your team is successful.
Strong leadership presence resulting in the ability to forge cross-functional partnerships and drive strong organization results.
Communicate, communicate, communicate. Leaders of remote team must be examples of effective communication to their teams.
Partner with the recruiting team to attract and retain high-quality and diverse talent.
Collaborate with the other managers to ensure we are building products that provide a consistent and powerful experience across both our web and developer-focused products.
Establish great rapport with other development teams, Product Managers, Sales and Customer Success to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.
