Create, execute, and analyze campaigns, ensuring acquisition and conversion goals are met.
Manage daily campaigns including A/B testing, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc.
Research, collect, and analyze data; leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for campaigns.
Ability to manage campaigns for multiple selling motions - Freemium, SMB sales, Enterprise.
Collaborate with designer to develop new and iterative creative concepts, develop A/B test schedule, interpret results, and recommend next steps.
Identify core paid media channels, which will include but are not limited to, ppc, content syndication, paid social, display, programmatic, native and others.
Curate and test new advertising channels to increase our channel diversity and generate more leads/customers.
Maintain strong relationships with our Customers, ISPs, Product Teams, Support and Success teams.
Investigate, diagnose and remediate email deliverability issues by working with customers, internal teams and with tier-one support at ISPs, email blacklists and anti-spam technology providers.
Build and maintain relationships with ISP postmasters. Proactively manage IP reputation and deliverability for all of our clients and enforce compliance and best practice sending behaviors.
Manage internal reputation management tools and the distribution of OE IP addresses.
Create client deliverability reports and present to client findings and recommendations.
