As the product lead at the company, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our applications. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial product manager to help innovate and execute initiatives within our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience conceiving and deploying new products as well as optimizing existing applications.  RunTitle's mission is to make owning and investing in oil and gas properties and subsurface real estate data-driven and transparent. Founded in 2012, Austin-based RunTitle has been aggregating proprietary title information since inception. It is our goal to provide an accurate and trustworthy data resource for owners and demystify the mineral ownership structure writ large. Small oil and gas asset transactions occur every day, and add up to billions of dollars per year. Through our efforts to collect and understand the data underpinning all oil and gas transactions, we are enabling the creation of a new market for an (amazing) asset class that is currently unavailable to the general public. Our team is constantly iterating, solving problems and working together to build an entirely novel suite of tools that will significantly impact the trillion dollar domestic oil and gas industry. Due to the lucrative nature of oil and gas and the lack of technology in our particular segment of the industry, RunTitle is uniquely positioned to be the dominant player in a $60B+ TAM market.

As a senior sales exec, you'll be responsible for managing RunTitle's network of buyers and sellers. This includes nurturing, selling, and ultimately closing deals in a high-volume fast-paced environment. You'll work side-by-side with the VP of Sales to develop scalable processes, manage lead lists, design re-marketing campaigns, etc. As a true business consultant, you'll need to quickly learn the basics of the upstream oil & gas industry on top of the RunTitle value proposition. You will be in charge of your own business in a highly dynamic sales cycle, building your own pipeline and closing your own deals. This is a direct revenue generation role with opportunity for growth in closing, buyer development, and/or leadership roles.
